The modern CRM for tax resolution firms
Swift automates the busywork legacy tools leave to you — statuses fire the next steps, one search finds anything in the firm, and IRS forms fill themselves.
75 IRS and state forms · Power-of-attorney forms for 47 states · 21 workflow triggers

The next step happens because the case moved
Every workflow reads the way you'd say it out loud: when this happens, if these conditions hold, do these steps. Build your firm's process once and every case follows it, whoever is working it that day.
- Triggers beyond status changes: payments, signed packets, uploads, due dates, cases gone quiet
- Twelve starter workflows to switch on and edit
- Dry-run any workflow against a real case before it goes live, with no side effects
- Every run is logged step by step, and what a workflow changes shows in the case's history

Find it, even if it's only written inside a PDF
One keystroke from any screen searches the whole firm at once: cases by name, phone, email, case number, or the last four of an SSN; notes, tasks, emails, invoices, and IRS call logs by what they say; and documents by the text inside the file. Every hit shows the line that matched, so you know why it surfaced before you open it.
- Digital PDFs — IRS notices, transcripts, signed packets — are indexed as they're uploaded
- Narrow to one record type with Tab, open with Enter
- Admins can search settings too: jump straight to the service, status, or template that needs changing

Give your lead vendors their own login
Every vendor asks the same question: how did my leads do? Most firms answer it with a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every week. Here the vendor signs in and sees it live — the leads they sent, where each one stands, and how many became deals — and nothing else in your firm.
- They see only their own leads, as a first name and last initial with a city: never a phone number, an email, an SSN, a balance, or a note
- Your stages stay yours. Vendors see six plain dispositions, from New to Deal, that you map once
- Revenue and CSV export are switches you set per vendor. Revenue is off until you turn it on
- Two-factor sign-in is required, every view is logged, and access ends the moment you revoke it

Forms, client intake, and the numbers behind your marketing
The 433-A, filled from the case
Every IRS form is a web form first. Taxpayer identity, bank accounts, property, vehicles, income and expenses seed from the case's Financials tab, repeating rows overflow onto continuation pages, and one click merges the whole thing to the official PDF — with the same values, in the right boxes, every time.
- Drafts save as you type; nothing is lost to a closed tab
- Continuation pages generate automatically when a section overflows
- Every merge is kept as a version, so what was filed is never in doubt

A tax organizer clients fill out on their phone
Send a client one link for the tax year. No account, no password, no PDF to print: a step-by-step organizer that opens with what you already know about them, saves as they go, and takes their W-2s and 1099s as uploads along the way. In English or Spanish, at the tap of a toggle.
- Pre-filled from the case, so clients correct instead of retyping
- English and Spanish, defaulting to the language set on the case
- Answers come back as a side-by-side review: staff choose what updates the case, and nothing overwrites silently
- Optional last-four SSN check before the organizer opens

Know what a signed client costs
Spend by source sits next to the leads it bought and the money those clients went on to pay. Cost per lead and cost per client for every lead source, with leads broken out by campaign, from the same cases your team works — not a spreadsheet reconciled on Monday.
- The same numbers your vendors see in their portal, plus what each source cost you
- UTM parameters and ad click IDs are kept on every lead that carries them
- Import spend from a CSV, or key it in

Teach your ad platforms what a client looks like
An ad platform that only hears about form fills buys you more form fills. Swift reports what happened afterwards — from the case, where it actually happened.
Meta Ads
Available in early accessReport the moments that matter — a stage reached, a quote, a first payment — back through Meta's Conversions API, with the real dollar amount and hashed contact details. Run in shadow mode first and read exactly what would be sent before anything is.
Google Ads
In developmentGoogle click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) are already kept on every lead that arrives with one, and your account can be connected and verified today. Offline conversion upload is what we are building now.
Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
PlannedThe Bing click ID (msclkid) is captured today, so your history is ready the day conversion upload ships.
And everything else a resolution case needs
From the first 2848 through investigation, findings, and resolution — the whole case lives in one place.
Client portal & e-signature
Clients upload documents and sign engagement letters through a secure, link-based portal — no client passwords to reset, no attachments lost in email.
Pipelines built for resolution
Lead-to-resolution pipelines with your own folders and statuses — investigation, findings, OIC, IA, CNC. Drag cases across a board, save the list views your team lives in, and update hundreds of cases at once, with undo.
IRS Collection Standards built in
National and county allowable living expense standards are in the case's Financials tab, so 433-A math happens where the data already lives.
Billing tied to the case
Invoices, cards on file, and payment plans that charge themselves nightly live on the case. Every charge is backed by a signed authorization, and refunds are recorded where the payment was.
A filing queue
Every signed 2848, 8821, and form packet lands in one queue and stays there until someone marks it filed. Nothing signed sits forgotten in a folder.
Reports owners ask for
Pipeline and case aging, collections and AR, expected cash flow, staff productivity, and commission statements — from live case data, not an export.
Questions firms ask first
- Can we migrate from IRSLogics or a spreadsheet?
- Yes. IRSLogics data imports directly — clients, cases, statuses, notes, financials, billing, and your custom fields — and we rebuild your pipeline stages to match how you already work. Coming from something else? Bring a CSV: the importer accounts for every column, so nothing is dropped without you seeing it.
- What does it cost?
- Swift is in early access and priced per firm, by seat. We quote on the demo call once we know your team size and what you need — there is no self-serve checkout yet, by design.
- How long does onboarding take?
- Onboarding is built to take about a week. Setup is a guided checklist — representatives, letterhead, e-signature, payment processing — and we walk through it with you.
- Which IRS forms are supported?
- Forms 2848 and 8821; the full 433 family (433-A, 433-A OIC, 433-B, 433-B OIC, 433-D, 433-F, 433-H); the offer forms 656, 656-L, and 656-PPV; 9465, 8857, 843, 911, 8379, 56, 4506, 4506-T, 4868, and 7004; Form 1040 for unfiled years 2020 through 2025; plus power-of-attorney forms for 47 states. Each fills from case data and merges to the official PDF, and the list grows as firms ask.
- Do our clients need an account?
- No. Clients receive a secure, per-case link to upload documents and sign engagement letters. There are no client passwords to create, reset, or support.
- Where is our data hosted?
- In the United States, on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted storage and daily backups. Each firm's data is isolated at the database layer.
